Philips W3500 Full Review: Battery Life and Verdict
Here's the main reason to buy the handset. Its brilliant battery life. We have seen a lot of handsets that are great in terms of features and usability but puts you down in terms of battery life. But the scenario is entirely opposite in this regard. The battery life is brilliant.
The handset's 2200mAh battery unit may not really sound that big to many, but that's because you'll haven't used it as extensively as we did. And what we found was more than satisfactory. Something we didn't expect. Looks can be deceiving, eh?

Even though the battery takes a bit of time before it's fully charged, but after full charge, the handset will last for a at least 9 hours (or even more). And this is after rigorous everyday use that involved playing games, surfing the web, taking photos and videos and even watching a few Meshuggah videos in the highest quality possible.

In terms of everyday usage, shuffling the handset between 3G and Wi-Fi, we didn't notice anything that would suggest that it's better than its rivals, but the unit inside should still last you at least a day of heavy usage.
If you are looking for the greatest smartphone in the universe in its price range, this certainly isn't the handset for you. However, it still has the potential to be a good smartphone, and it doesn't really disappoint.

The W3500 is meant to introduce first time smartphone users to the entire Android ecosystem, and that's all it's meant for. If you know a lot about smartphones, you won't certainly go for it. But another user who's looking for an introduction to Android, this is the handset to get.
It's isn't as bad as you think it might be, guys. Trust us!
