When you start using your new Android smartphone and sign in, your entire data gets synced to your Google account. Google assembles it so that you can retrieve them comfortably.
With several crafts built into a modern smartphone, we overlook the fact a basic truth - our contacts are still the most valuable part of our phones. Losing them might mean losing our minds. Fortunately, Android was developed around a core idea - to be the most user-friendly OS. It lives up to its nature by helping the user obtain his or her contacts which are missing.

When you start using your new Android smartphone and sign in, your entire data gets synced to your Google account. Google assembles it so that you can retrieve them comfortably, and the same can be done with missing contacts. Given below are steps that you can use to access lost contacts.
1) Using your browser, open https://www.google.com/contacts/ and login into it with your Google account. Please note that it needs to match the account registered on your phone.
2) Your entire contact list is displayed, from the oldest to the latest one. Scroll through, explore and save what contact you need.
This is one method. Multiple methods exist that we’ll enlist below.
The Android OS keeps a backup of the contacts in the phone’s internal storage. To extract it, you’ll need to use a software called Android Data Recovery. This is a computer software that helps retrieve lost data and can be used for more than just retrieval of contacts. Continue with the following steps -
1) The software can be installed into your system by downloading it from https://www.recovery-android.com/android-data-recovery.html. Once installed, a window emerges, which indicates you to connect your phone to PC through a USB cable.
2) After plugging in your phone to the PC, you have to enable USB Debugging. Since that can't be done within one tap, an option called Developer mode needs to be enabled.
3) Go to settings and scroll down to see 'About Phone.’ Touch this to open another section where you’ll see 'Build Number.’ By tapping on this multiple times, you’ll enable developer mode (Noted by the message, “You are now a developer!”).
4) Return to the Settings main page, you’ll now see a new option called Developer options. Tap on that to open the list of toggles which contains a section called Debugging. Enable USB Debugging in that section.
5) On the screen, options will be visible that lets you choose the kind of data you want to be recovered. The window contains Contacts, Messages, Media, etc. Use your mouse to select Contacts and choose next.
6) The software sweeps through your phone and displays missing data. Just choose the ones you want and click on Recover.
This is nifty in the sense that it grants the recovery of lost pictures, music or any other data you have found to be missing. Hope these simple guides assist you in finding what you miss.
