Spice Virtuoso Pro+ Mi-492 Launched for Rs 7,499: Top 5 Mid Range Smartphone Competitors

With all the domestic manufacturers bringing out their handsets in market, Spice has also outed their latest handset called Virtuoso Pro+ Mi-492. If one looks at the specs of the handset, it s pretty evident that it is an upgraded variant of the previously launched Virtuoso Pro Mi-491. However, the differences are not much but minimal. The handset is currently available on oneline retailer Saholic at Rs. 7,499. The retailer also promises to offer EMIs starting from Rs. 481 per month.

Recently even SmartNamo has launched two handsets with a compelling specs and features. Not only that but the players like Micromax and Karbonn are already soaring in the Indian smartphone market. Thus this newbie device will have to face quite a difficult opposition from handsets made by these manufacturers.

However, lets have a look at the specs of the Virtuoso Pro+ Mi-492:

The handset comes with a 4.5 inch TFT LCD capacitive display offering a resolution of 854x480 pixels. The device runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean version and is powered by a 1.3 GHz dual core processor coupled with 512 MB RAM. Moving on to camera, the handset features, 5 megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 1.3 megapixel front facing shooter. It houses 4 GB ROM which can be expanded up to 32 GB via microSD card. The device also comes with a 2 GB of free Spice Cloud storage.

Apart from bing a dual SIM (Dual GSM standby) handset, it also features, GPRS, EDGE, 3G WiFi, Bluetooth, USB and GPS. Spice Virtuoso Pro+ Mi-492 draws its power from a 1730 mAh battery.
