The upcoming Xiaomi Mi 4 is set to arrive with a 2.5GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, that will be backed by the Adreno 330 GPU and 3 GB of RAM.
Sure it isn't the octa or hexa core processors that we have seen coming up in recent times, but very truly, you really dont need eight or 16 cores to assure yourself a powerful experience. This top notch Mi 4 engine does the work and then some.
Apart from that, for a more deeper experience, MIUI has power settings built into it. Under the battery settings, there are modes labeled "High Performance" and "Balanced," with "Balanced" being the default.
While we still wait to check out both the Balanced and the High Performance modes in their entireity via the upcoming full review for the handset, it can be said that the modes are there and set accroding to your usage preferences.
Apart from that, in terms of connectivity, the handset will support GSM, 3G WCDMA, 4G FDD-LTE networks and so on. And honestly, you need not think much about that since you can expect all the top notch connectivity options from the handset.
