Corsair has been in the fore front when it comes to gaming equipments and their products are well renowned all over the world. These products are very high performance devices and are designed in such a way as to satisfy all the gamer’s needs.

Corsair Vengeance series of headphones have been a huge success and following the success story they have been adding higher end head phones to the product line up. Corsair Vengeance 1500 & 1300 Headsets are the latest additions to the series. These headphones are designed and manufactured in such a way that they meet the demands of the diehard gamer and also those who want to hear movies and music in high fidelity. The headsets belong to the premium category and offer some pretty amazing sound.

Corsair Vengeance 1500 comes in a beautifully packed and well designed box. Most of the important specs and features of the device are printed in the front of the packaging. The head phone has a brushed metal design to it. The head band of the device can be adjusted to fit any head size. The headset is light and the padding in the ear phones are well ventilated so there won’t be any discomfort even after prolonged period of use. The headphone has two options of ear pads. They are in memory form pad in design that is they gives a perfect fit without exerting too much force on the head or ears. The design of the ear cups gives the user almost complete isolation from any external noise.

The headphones work with a very large 50 mm driver that has a frequency response of about 20Hz to 20 KHz. The device has an impedance of about 32 ohms at 1 KHz. These specs ensure very good reproduction of sound with very high efficiency. The headphone also uses USB connection as its interface enabling it to support Dolby Digital Surround sound. A single-directional voice canceling microphone is also integrated into the device. This can be rotated and tucked away when not in use. The noise canceling feature reduces the background noise and the sound picked up will be only the needed one this ensure very crisp and clear reproduction of sound.

The design features of Corsair Vengeance 1300 Headset is almost same as the 1500 except the brushed metal look. Also the one other notable difference is that the 1300 has an analog 3.5 mm connector compared to the USB connector in its more expensive brother. The device has circular design ear cups that too have the memory foam padding. This ensures a very snug and comfort fit over the years.

The drivers in the device and its spec are same as the Corsair Vengeance 1500 and also have a uni-directional noise canceling microphone but it has slightly less sensitivity. The 3.5mm connectors in the device can fit into many devices like mobile, smart phones and tablets. There is an inline remote provided that has a volume control and also a button to mute the microphone.

Corsair Vengeance 1500 Headset has a price tag of about Rs.5,000/- and the Corsair Vengeance1300 Headset has a price tag of about Rs.4,000/- in India.
