Philips Brings Out Android Music Player, Go Gear Connect 3

Philips Go Gear Connect 3 is an Android based media player that was previewed first at the IFA event at Berlin. This is the most updated Go Gear gadgets yet released. The new Philips Go Gear Connect 3 will be based on the very recent Android v2.3 Gingerbread. The new music gadgets will feature a WiFi too making it easy for quick and trouble free data sharing and for a faster internet access. With the new updated features, the device can now access and download hundreds of applications from the online Android market.
The new music gadget comes fitted with a larger display of 3.2 inch capacitive touch screen. With this, it's now possible to play even high definition videos of 720p.The renowned sound technology of Philips included with FullSound feature, Sound Personalization and surround for movies will be at its best in the new Philips Go Gear Connect 3 devices. The previous versions of the utilities in the Go Gear series got a lot of appreciation for its performance in giving out quality sound output from the devices.
The new Philips Go Gear Connect 3 comes with pre embedded PC software, the Philips Songbird. With the software it becomes easy to synchronize music from PC without any trouble. The software is able to create a playlist, listing the user's favorite music files. The user just has to click the ‘Like Music' button to like the track for the software to consider listing the file. This means the user no longer has to browse all the music files from the music library to build a playlist with his most favorite tracks.
Philips Go Gear Connect 3 comes with DLNA utility and assisted with the ‘Simply Share' application it will make it possible to play the music files in variant Philips products and even third party DLNA based products such as Network Music Players, WiFi supported digital cameras and photo frames, wireless speakers etc.
The official launch date will be revealed by Philips at a later stage and most probably the price will also be revealed then.
