Aircel-DigiVive Partnership Brings IPL 2014 On Mobile Devices
India's most awaited cricket league Pepsi IPL 2014 has already started. And to make sure that fans get to watch every bit of the game, most companies have started collaborating with several media houses to offer live streaming of the matches via every possible medium.
Heading with the same intention, Aircel has recently joined hands with DigiVive to enable users stream IPL 2014 on their mobile devices anytime at an affordable price. The process is simple and the users will just have to activate it through USSD strings that will include Live TV and Data benefits. Available on Android and iOS devices, the Aircel nexGTv app can be also used by feature phone users as it supports WAP.

Aircel Chief Marketing Officer Anupam Vasudev in an official statement said, "With this association with DigiVive, we are able to give our customers an experience to watch the Pepsi IPL on their mobile phones which will cost them as low as Rs. 29 for a day and provides 200MB of data benefits along with one day of free Aircel nexGTv subscription."

However, the service is obviously not free. Aircel has launched three data packs for this initiative. At Rs. 29, customers will get 200 MB data valid for one day; at Rs. 69, they will get 500 MB data with 7 days validity; and finally Rs. 129 will get the Aircel customers 800 MB data, which will be valid for 30 days.
Customers can also activate the service without data benefits for Rs. 5 (one day), Rs. 25 (seven days) and Rs. 99 (30 days). The service can be availed by 2G and 3G customers.
