Though Galaxy Camera is not a smartphone, it has managed to get into this list as it is based on Android OS and it has been unveiled in India this week. The Galaxy Camera will hit the retail shelves in mid-November.

When it comes to specs, the camera houses a 4.8 inch HD Super Clear LCD touchscreen display of 1280 x 720 pixel resolution.

Further, it is powered by a 1.4 GHz processor, 16MP camera with 21x optical zoom, 8GB internal memory, micro SD card supporting up to 32GB expandable memory, 3G and Wi-Fi connectivity features and a 1,650 Li-ion battery.

Above all, being similar to the flagship smartphone of Samsung – Galaxy S3, the Galaxy Camera runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS.
