Windows 10 Mobile Build 10134 Video Leaked, Features New Search Box

    Last month, Gabe Aul, head of the Windows Insiders program, hinted that the company is working on build 10134 to fix the Slow ring in the Windows 10 Mobile in the previous Technical Preview version.

    Now, a video has been leaked by WPXAP, that shows a comparison between the build 10127 and build 10134 of unreleased Windows 10 Mobile OS.

    The video shows a Lumia 830 running the previous version 10127, alognside a Lumia 720T (Chinese variant) running the build 10134. Here are the key changes in the new version of Technical Preview.

    • A new Search Box at the top of apps list, which replaced the search icon.
    • Added All Apps 'Jump' button, to skip between letters in the list.
    • Swipe gestures will now work in apps like Phone and Clock/Alarm, allowing users to switch between screens in these apps.
    • Split-view Settings for devices supporting HD 720p display, allows user to get similar layout like Windows 10 PCs, when the screen is viewed in landscape.

    Windows 10 Mobile build 10134 seems to be stable to be used, but the risk of bricking the smartphone still remains until the company officially release the Windows 10 Mobile update.
