Facebook Integrates Dropbox for Sharing Large Size Files

Facebook has announced the integration Dropbox in the platform for making large file group sharing easier. The company believes that the integration will take its group sharing platform towards the next level. With the larger amount of storage space, users will be able to share larger files with their friends from the platform itself and they don"t need to look around for other file sharing platforms.

In addition to this, larger files of following types can also be uploaded:

  • Videos

  • Notes
  • Photo Collections
  • This new integrated service is designed to provide a better connection between Facebook and Dropbox. With this new integration, users can save time and also eliminate the need to post links carrying videos and pictures each time. Users can now easily share their large files by tapping the button denoted as 'Dropbox" located next to 'Photos" tab. The Facebook Group will receive an update whenever users make edits to their corresponding Dropbox folders inside Facebook.

As per the latest announcement by Facebook, users can enjoy a more diverse group feature in Facebook with the Dropbox Extension. Facebook representatives believe that the latest integration will allow Facebook to be safer and secure at the same time will allow users to share any number of videos or photos without worrying about file size limit.
