Flipkart Big Billion Sale: Users Unhappy Reactions on Facebook

Its festival season, and many e-commerce sites including Flipkart, Snapdeal and Amazon are making a big sale offers.

Most popularly, Flipkart is making a huge buzz in the market with its Big Billion Sale festival. The e-commerce site is claiming to be offering huge discounts, but a closer look at the discounts is actually a different story.

Unfortunately, the Big Billion Sale is only available on its app and not on web. Meanwhile, many Flipkart users have issues with the Flipkart and also on sale. App shows item cannot be delivered to address

Flipkart users posted that the product in the app is is not shipping the item to the entered pin code. Flipkart replied: "we've looked into this and rectified the issue. Request you to check if its been fixed now. If not, drop us a line and we will get back to you!"

Unable to add product to cart

Flipkart user commented "Since yesterday I am trying to add this to cart and check out but, it is not adding. Simply wasting my time since yesterday".

Flipkart replied: "sorry to hear that. Do try killing the app & opening it again. If it doesn't work, please uninstall the app & reinstall it. It should work fine."

Unable to deliver

Flipkart users commented "fake billion day! where will you deliver then!!! if you can't deliver in your own place!!"

No Delivery

"Your seller does not deliver to any metro city in this country, i guess the sale is going great....#BigSaleBigFail"

Flipkart replied: "this might have been due to a technical glitch which is fixed now. Please visit us again for your order."
