Facebook Messenger Stickers Now Available for Desktop Chats

Previously, Facebook introduced critter stickers to Android and iOS apps which allowed users to add variety of smileys to their private messages. The social media network has now brought the same feature to desktop version of the site as well.

Now users can click on the smiley icon on the chat window to open up the smiley panel. The panel offers variety of emoticons that can help users to better express their views in their messages. To begin with users will have access to limited no of stickers up-front, but they can get more by clicking on the basket icon on the upper right corner of the sticker window.

Facebook has been actively updating the stickers list with various themed packs. These packs might be inching towards publicizing of movies, with limited period packs as well. The social media site added Despicable Me 2 sticker pack last week to the list. Currently all the stickers are free, but the company might be introducing paid stickers in the future.

Web version of the feature to be rolled out to all users, eventually. So in-case you don't find the new stickers anywhere, there is no reason to be disappointed, you will get it soon.
