Facebook: Sachin Tendulkar Joins The Social Network Family

In an attempt to reach out his fans, Sachin Tendulkar— the Master Blaster– who has hundreds and millions of followers acroos the globe has now joined Facebook – the No.1 Social networking site of the world with over 955 million active users. The legendary batsman is also present on Twitter and has over 2 million followers in the microblogging website. Reportedly, Tendulkar's official Facebook page which will be maintained by Gurgaon based company Seven3Rockers.Till now, his Facebook profile page has already secured more than 443K likes.

Relatively, Tendulkar welcomed his fans to a Facebook page with a video message, where he said, “I’ll like to welcome you to my Facebook family. As a child I always dreamt of playing cricket for India and I chased my dream of winning the World Cup for 22 years. It wouldn’t have been possible without your support. I wanna take this opportunity to thank all of you for having prayed for me and wish well for me. I look forward to sharing my experience with you, join me on my Facebook so that we both can share this experience and go through this journey together.”
