The latest on the list is Karunanidhi, the political leader from Tamil Nadu. The DMK Chief has announced that he will get active on popular social media sites like Facebook and Twitter. DMK party is also planning to launch a website dedicated to the 88 year old leader of the party. 

Reportedly, accounts have been created in Facebook and Twitter for Karunanidhi. He will be soon start posting regular updates on his political and personal journey on these social networking sites to share them with the interested members of the younger community. 

The party also plans to post Karunanidhi’s statements, poems and interviews on the social media pages so that more people will be able to view them and share it with their peers. Party sources have confirmed that Karunanidhi will be active on twitter at www.twitter.com/kalaignar89 and on Facebook at www.facebook.com/kalaignar89. 

DMK already has a website which has good viewership. The party has now come up with a web page dedicated exclusively for the leader. The address of the website is www.kalaignarkarunanidhi.com. The website will be launched to the public by the veteran leader himself on August 17 which is also the birth date of the late DMK Leader Murasoli Maran.
