Bihar will use social network Facebook to help students appearing for the Class 10 matriculation examinations, to solve their doubts and questions and communicate vital information for stress-free preparation, state Education Minister Ashok Choudhary said on Thursday.
"We have decided to form groups of students on Facebook to help them... and to solve their doubts and questions related to the Class 10 examinations," Choudhary told the media here. According to education department officials, it will be the first of its kind experiment.
He said the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB), which conducts the exams, has decided to collect email IDs of the 2016 examinees to send them all important notices, including admit cards and report cards. Choudhary said "weak" students would be provided special tutiorials.
