Elon Musk Learns it is Unable to Setup a Windows 11 Laptop with an Account: Slams Microsoft
Tesla CEO Elon Musk recently took to his social media site X (formerly Twitter) to slam Microsoft. The Tesla CEO recently purchased a Windows laptop but wasn't aware that he required a Microsoft account to use it.
The billionaire took to X to say that creating a Microsoft account would give the software giant's AI access to his computer. His post noted, "This is messed up!" Here's what he had to say about it.

Elon Musk Feuds with Microsoft
Musk said on his official X handle, "Just bought a new PC laptop and it won't let me use it unless I create a Microsoft account, which also means giving their AI access to my computer! This is messed up. There used to be an option to skip signing into or creating a Microsoft account. Are you seeing this too?"
Musk also remarked responding to an earlier post saying, "This is not cool of @Microsoft." Security and privacy concerns were a primary reason for Musk's criticism of the software giant. However, the official handle for the billionaire's social media platform was quick to help him with a solution.
X Users Weigh In on Musk's Spat with Microsoft
The Tesla CEO's post stirred a major discussion on X, prompting several users to weigh in. One user posted, "We basically broke up because you use a PC," responding to Musk's post.
The Elon Musk Parody account replied, "I should make my own laptop. X laptop coming soon?" Microsoft has maintained that it forces users to sign in to an account to provide a "smooth user experience" and "improved security."
