Twitter Down: X Back Online After Users in India and Other Regions Report Outage

X, formerly known as Twitter, recently faced a massive outage in several parts of the world. Several outages were reported across various regions including the UK, US, and India.

According to reports, users couldn't access their feeds on either the mobile app or the website. Instead of being directed to their feeds, users were seeing messages like, "Welcome to X" or "Welcome to your Timeline".

As of now, X is yet to come out with a reason behind the downtime, although "Twitter Down" appears to be trending on the platform. While users were able to log in to the platform, they were unable to access their feeds or use the search and direct messages.

Additionally, posts that appeared on the timeline were also not visible. Over 77,000 users reported outages on the social media platform on Downdetector, starting from around 11:00 am (IST).

During the outage, several X users reported that their posts didn't appear on the platform. However, the outage appears to be temporary and as of now X is back online, working normally. No reason has been provided for the downtime yet, but we will update this story when that information becomes available.
