Meta appears to be taking another step toward unifying its paid services across Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. After announcing Facebook Plus, Instagram Plus, and WhatsApp Plus subscription plans last month, the company is now reportedly testing a new Meta One subscription service within WhatsApp.

According to a recent report, WhatsApp could soon allow users to subscribe to and manage Meta One plans directly from the messaging app. The feature was reportedly spotted in a beta version of WhatsApp for Android, hinting at a broader strategy to bundle premium features and AI capabilities under a single subscription.

WhatsApp Could Become the Gateway to Meta One

The new subscription options were discovered in WhatsApp beta for Android version 2.26.23.10 by feature tracker WABetaInfo. Screenshots shared by the publication suggest that users may soon be able to purchase and manage Meta One plans without leaving WhatsApp.

The move could simplify access to Meta's growing portfolio of premium services, including exclusive features on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and Meta AI. Subscribers are also expected to receive WhatsApp Plus benefits as part of the package.
