Twitter app for Mac app has been updated with new features such as support for Retina display, quicker photo uploading capability, support for additional languages, and also supports various keyboard shortcuts. It's about time Twitter brought in an update because the last one came in about 18 months back. You can download the latest version of the app (ver. 2.2) for Mack at Apple iTunes Store.

Key Features
Twitter now allows you to share photos more easily. Simply click the camera icon in the lower-left corner of the Tweet compose box, and choose a photo to share. You can also drag and drop photos from the desktop.
Twitter app now takes full advantage of Retina display, to bring a clearer, sharper and a more vivid experience. In addition to English, Twitter for Mac now supports Dutch, French, German, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Malay, Portuguese, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Traditional Chinese, and Turkish.
