Apple Patents: Dual Display iPad And A Magnetic Stand in Works

Each of you has a reason to use an iPad. In the movie Cocktail, Deepika Padukone and Diana Penty, unabashingly used the iPad to record funny Saif Ali Khan. Until now, iPad was a mere consuming device but now it is being used as a video recorder. That is why they say great things come in big package. Now what next for Apple? The Cupertino-based tech titan is already working on its Jesus ‘iWatch’. Apart from smartwatch and regular iPhone updates, the firm is busy making a dual screen iPad. Not at all, Tim Cook knows very well that its hell lot difficult to sell a dual screen tablet for Rs. 80,000. What you say? Back in the year 2011, Steve Jobs founded company filed few patent designs that very well suggested unlimited functionalities of the fabled device.

Apple iPad – Future, not scary anymore

The Apple iPad is the bestselling tablet last year, hopefully, will retain the same momentum this year also. The company had filed few design patents that suggests pleasing future of the iPad. Let’s dig into the story. Last week, the US Patent office, published some rare designs that could shape the future of Apple iPad. The patent designs did not give an insight to the next –generation iPad 5. But it will catch your attention for sure. There were totaled five patented designs published by the government agency. In a report published by Patently Apple got hands on few designs pictures. One interesting concept that was mentioned in the patent design was Dual Screen iPad. Two iPads joined together with a help of a frame. They can interact together wirelessly and could open possibilities of dual screen ipad concept. Remember Toshiba Libretto W100?

These series of patent suggests magnetized game controller accessories; a vehicle dashboard console; Treadmill supporting in-built iPad; music stand ; menu app( to be used in restaurants ), and a tripod kick stand to take pictures from the iPad.

Well, these are just patent designs. Surely, Apple will one day make these mere designs into proper concepts followed by accessories. Great China – Please come up with your version of dual screen iPad concept in to the market.
