Processor

Apple has used same A7-chipset (64-bit) processor found inside the iPhone 5S. The tablet will likely to be fast and zippy without any doubt. Since, we spent as little as 20 minutes with the device, so it would be tough to measure the performance.

The device also features M7 motion co-processor that will actually detect whether you are walking or running. Aside from the processor, we would like to mention about the newly introduced iOS 7. Contrary to reviews and feedback, GizBot found that the OS is far better than the older versions of iOS.

The refreshed iPad Air design also gels well with the iOS 7. Moreover, Apple has also included iWork free with every purchase of iPad Air. Cool isn't it?

Camera, Battery and connectivity options

Apple hasn't improved the dual cameras in respect to the iPad Air. On paper, a 5MP rear-facing camera and a 1.2MP front-facing camera aren't a crowd puller, though, our experience say a different story. Surprisingly, Apple iPad's 5MP camera is equivalent to an 8MP image sensor. And that's true to some extent.

Since the iPad Air is lighter and slimmer, you might have thought that the device won't last really long. Despite the reduction in size and slimness, Apple is confident enough that the iPad Air can run up 10 hours on a single charge.
