Dell Venue Pro 8 Faces Firing Squad: Top 10 Competitors In India

It seems like releasing an 8-inch Windows tablet is the order of the day for every other company looking to get some profit out of the tablet market - and Dell is the latest one to join the bandwagon, not wanting to be left out of the race.

Dell's Venue 8 Pro tablet, currently shipping for Rs. 17,499, similar to its competitors in the market, utilizes a quad-core Intel Atom processor with sound battery life and enough juice inside to successfully run a number of lightweight desktop apps.

However, as far as the overall design is concerned, compared to its rivals in the market who mostly offer plain plastic backs for their tablets, Dell's Venue 8 Pro boasts a backside that consists of a soft, rubbery finish.
