Funbook Mini P410: Micromax New Dual SIM 3G Calling Tablet To Hit Market Soon At Rs 8,820
Among all the handsets that are being released in India and the ferocious price cuts on several devices, Micromax is all set to release its new dual SIM supported 7 inch tablet dubbed as Funbook Mini P410 in the Indian market. Given that the festive season is starting next week, the leading domestic mobile phone manufacturer is expected to launch the device soon. The tablet has been spotted on Flipkart and is currently listed as "Out of Stock". The popular e-commerce site also says that the tablet will come at the price of Rs. 8,820.

Going by the specs, the upcoming tablet from Micromax comes with a 7-inch LCD capacitive touch screen display offering a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels. The tablet runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) OS and is powered by 1 GHz dual-core processor along with a 1GB RAM as well.
Micromax Funbook Mini P410 also features a 2MP rear camera and a 0.3 MP (VGA) front-facing shooter for video calling. Moreover, it also houses 4GB internal storage capacity which can be expanded up to 32 GB via microSD card slot.
When it comes to connectivity options, besides being a Dual SIM (GSM + GSM) tablet, it also features 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, USB and GPS. The tablet is powered by 2800 mAh battery.
Micromax Funbook Mini P410 is speculated to go on sale at the same price within October itself.
Talking about its rivals, the tablet is sure to compete with other existing voice calling tablets from domestic manufacturers. To be precise, Micromax Funbook Mini P410 will battle against devices like HCL ME Connect 2G 2.0 Tablet, Lenovo Idea Tab A1000, Swipe MTV Slash, BSNL Penta WS707C and recently launched Karbonn TA-FONE A37 HD.
