iBall Slide 7236 2G: Dual SIM, Android Tablet Launched at Rs 6,999

India based smartphone and tablet vendor, iBall has secretly launched their latest tablet called the Slide 7236 2G in the domestic market at Rs. 6,999. It is currently available at a aforementioned price on eBay.

The company also recently released their other tablet called Slide 3G 7271 HD7 in the market at Rs. 8,399.

Going by the specs, the latest iBall Slide 7236 2G is a 7-inch tablet which offers a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels and comes with a capacitive 5-point multi-touch display.

The tablet is powered by a 1.3 GHz dual-core Cortex A7 processor coupled with a 512MB RAM and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) OS.

It sports a 2MP rear camera with flash and a 0.3MP (VGA) front-facing camera as well for taking selfies and video conferencing.

Connectivity options include 2G (via SIM card slots), WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS. While the device also sports a Dual SIM with dual standby functionality.

The latest Slide 7236 2G tablet houses a 4GB internal memory of which only 2GB is user accessible but is expandable up to 32GB with a microSD card.

It is powered by a 2500 mAh battery.

The company's recently launched Slide 3G 7271 HD7 tablet on the other hand comes with a better specs. It comes packed with a 7-inch capacitive touch screen display(1024 x 600 pixels), 1.3 GHz dual-core Cortex A7 processor, 512MB of RAM, 4.2 (Jelly Bean), 2-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a VGA front-facing camera, 3G (via SIM card slots), WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS support, dual SIM slot, 4GB internal storage, microSD card slot and 3000 mAh battery.
