After launching 'Eddy' tablet for kids in India yesterday, today Intel has announced its yet another device in a form of Notion Ink's ‘CAIN' 2 in 1 laptop-tablet. Launched in partnership with online retailer Snapdeal, the new 2-in-1 device will be exclusive to the same e-commerce site. As far as the price is concerned, the Cain 2 in 1 will cost you Rs. 19,990.

Notion Ink CAIN 10.1-inch: Key Specifications

The Notion Ink CAIN comes equipped with a 10.1-inch IPS LCD display on a 10 point capacitive touch screen with a resolution of 1280x800pixels.

The device packs a powerful Intel Atom Processor Z3735D (2M Cache, up to 1.83 GHz) and runs on the latest Windows 8.1 operating system. The ‘Cain' also uses a 2GB DDR3L RAM and 32 GB internal storage which is expandable as well.

The ‘Cain' 2 in 1 by Notion Ink provides 7 hours of video playback and 10 hours of internet surfing with its 7900 mAh Lithium Polymer Battery. Other features like the USB 3.0, dual charging, integrated magnetic keyboard and wireless makes is the ideal device for productivity as it also comes pre-loaded with a one year subscription of Microsoft Office 365.


However, the company has not revealed the full specs of the device as of now.
