Lava ETAB Connect: 3G Voice Calling Tablet Now Available Online at Rs 8499

On Tuesday, April 9, the Indian tech world witnessed a slew of launches in terms of smartphones and tablets. First Micromax, then iBall and finally Lava wrapped up the day with the release of its recently announced tablet under its ETAB series - Lava ETAB Connect at Rs 9,499.

The company's first tablet with 3G support and voice calling was initially announced at the asking price of Rs 9,499, however now it has been spotted online for sale at Flipkart for Rs. 8,499.

Lava E-Tab Connect key specifications include 7.0-inch (800 × 480 pixels) capacitive touch screen display, 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM7227A ARM Cortex A5 processor, Android 4.0.1 (Ice Cream Sandwich) OS, 2MP rear camera, 0.3MP (VGA) front-facing camera, 3G and voice calling via SIM card slot, WiFi 802.11 b/g, Bluetooth 3.0, GPS, 512MB RAM, 4GB internal memory, 32GB expandable memory with microSD and 3000 mAh battery.

Moreover, Lava Connect tablet comes preloaded with applications including Hungama, BigFlix, Edukart, Meritnation, Diamond Comics and Readwhere.
