Microsoft Expected To Launch Surface Mini 7 Inch Tablet By June

Is Microsoft in plans to release a smaller version of the Surface tablet. There seems to be more news about a 7 or 8-inch device running on either Windows 8 or Windows Blue.

There is no news about the release date of the miniature tablets. However tech annalists believe the devices might see the light of day around June. Is is a coincidence or range. Perhaps mini is what they meant. or all planned? Because, this also happens to be the month, the first public beta of Windows Blue, is expected to make debut.

However, there are doubts about whether the new mini tablets will run on Windows 8 or Blue. Microsoft is said to have made adgustments to the Windows 8 hardware requirements, which is evidently enough for a tablet offering a resolution of 1024 x 768, to run on.

Besides, the company made it clear that it was looking to expand on it's suface product range. Perhaps mini is what they ment.
