Next Gen Nexus 7 2 Images Surface Online Ahead of Official Announcement [VIDEO]

    Finally the long time rumored Asus next generation tablet Nexus Edition has surfaced with a couple of Images and Video as well. The tablet which was suppose to make its official debut at the Google event scheduled on July 24th has already appeared online ahead of its launch.

    Not only that the folks at the Engadget have also posted the leaked price of the next gen Nexus tablet. According to them the 32GB model would be priced at $269.99 (approx. Rs. 16,086). Obviously the new Nexus 7 will come in 2 variants with 16GB and 32GB internal storage capacity. Again, each of these models will have a WiFi only and WiFi+Cellular variants.


    According to the specification sheet, the tablet is powered by a Snapdragon S4 Pro processor which is again deviating from the rumors that said the tablet would come with Snapdragon 600 SoC. Moreover, the most astonishing part lies in the bulky 4GB DDR3L RAM. However, even if it is an error the new Nexus is expected to come with at least 2GB RAM. The device is expected to run on Android 4.3.

    The notable difference between the Nexus 7 and next-gen Nexus 7 is the presence of rear camera. This time the 7-inch Nexus tablet will come with a 1.2-megapixel shooter from LITEONMOBILE on the front, and 5-megapixel camera by Chicony on the back. The camera at the back is located at the top right corner.

    The alleged images shows the presence of microUSB. The power button and volume rocker remains on the same place like the in the current Nexus 7. Perhaps here are the number of alleged images of the next gen Nexus 7 along with the video that shows the tablet in various perspective;
