ZTE V81: 1.4GHz Dual Core CPU And Jelly Bean Running 8 Inch Tablet Announced

ZTE, the Chinese mobile company has made an official announcement regarding its launch of ZTEV81 tablet in the markets. It is expected that the tablet will hit the market in the upcoming weeks. There are no pricing details available at the moment and it is expected to be revealed in the days leading up to the launch.

The specifications of ZTEV81 include a 1.4 GHz dual-core processor which runs on Android Jelly Bean out of the box. Furthermore, ZTEV81 comes with 4GB internal memory space that is expandable up to 32GB using a microSD card. It also has a 1 GB RAM. The tablet also has an 8-inch display that has a (1024X768) pixel resolution, a VGA front facing camera and 3-mega pixel rear camera.

When it comes to connectivity options, the tablet has Wi-Fi and Bluetooth embedded in it. Other features include HSPA support, HDMI, dual-band, a 3700 mAh Li-ion battery and GPS. The tablet will also support GSM 850/900/1800/1900MHz and UMTS (850)900/1900/2100MHz. ZTE has not made available any details about the markets in which the tablets would be sold.

The Chinese mobile company, ZTE has found a place in the top 5 positions in terms of smartphone sales in the last quarter of 2012. The company does not restrict itself to smartphones and it has made the point clear with ZTEV18. The audience now expects the tablet to arrive at an affordable price in view of the specifications.
