Acer Launches Iconia 5G Tablet in India With Stylus and Keyboard Support: Check Price, Specs

Acer has launched its new Iconia 5G tablet lineup in India, expanding its Android tablet portfolio with a device focused on productivity, entertainment, and creative work.

The new tablet series comes in multiple variants and supports optional accessories like a stylus and keyboard cover, which gives it a more laptop-like setup for work and note-taking.

Acer says the tablet is aimed at students, professionals, creators, and users looking for a large-screen Android device with better connectivity options.

11.45-Inch 2.2K Display and Android 15

The Acer Iconia 5G tablet features an 11.45-inch IPS display with a 2.2K resolution of 1440 × 2200 pixels and up to 450 nits brightness. Acer is also using an in-cell touch panel, which should help improve touch response and stylus accuracy.

The tablet runs Android 15 and is powered by the MediaTek MT8791 processor. The chip includes two Cortex-A78 cores clocked up to 2.4GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores running up to 2.0GHz.

Acer is also highlighting the built-in AI processing unit, which is rated for up to 2.6 TOPS for on-device AI tasks.

The tablet comes with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, while expandable storage support goes up to 1TB via microSD card.

5G Connectivity and Stylus Support

Connectivity is one of the bigger highlights here. The tablet supports 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, and GPS.

For cameras, Acer has included an 8-megapixel front camera along with a 16-megapixel rear camera paired with a 2-megapixel macro sensor.

The power button also doubles as a fingerprint scanner.

Acer is also bundling productivity-focused accessories with select variants, including an active stylus with 4096 levels of pressure sensitivity and a keyboard cover that connects through pogo pins.

Battery and Pricing

The Iconia 5G tablet packs a 7,400mAh battery with support for PD fast charging up to 9V/2A.

Stereo speakers, multiple onboard sensors, and support for creative workflows round out the overall package.

Acer says the Iconia tablet starts at Rs. 25,499 in India and will be available through Acer's exclusive stores, Acer’s online store, Amazon, and Flipkart.
