Amazon Launches Fire Max 11, Its Largest Tablet Yet: Check Specifications, Features, And Price
Amazon offers multiple devices for entertainment, media consumption, and even work. Amazon's Fire tablet line welcomed its largest member yet. Called the Amazon Fire Max 11, the premium-looking, but surprisingly well-priced tablet features an 11-inch display, 4GB RAM, and much more.
Amazon has launched the Fire Max 11, an aggressively priced tablet that is powered by a powerful octa-core processor from MediaTek. Amazon has positioned the tablet as an affordable but still premium device that competes with the 10.9-inch iPad and the new Pixel tablet with a similar-sized screen.

Amazon Fire Max 11 Specifications, Features
The Amazon Fire Max 11 tablet has an 11-inch touchscreen with a 2000x1200 pixels resolution in a 5:3 aspect ratio. Needless to add, it offers higher pixel density than any of the earlier Fire tablets.
The Fire Max 11 has a metal unibody chassis. Amazon claims the aluminum frame design and toughened glass make the tablet three times more durable than the entry-level iPad.

The tablet has an optional detachable folio keyboard and trackpad case and the tablet is also compatible with Amazon Stylus Pen. Both these accessories are sold separately.
Amazon has embedded "a powerful octa-core processor" from MediaTek in the Fire Max 11 tablet. Some reports suggest the SoC is codenamed MTK8188J, but the actual name of the chipset isn't known yet. Buyers 4GB of RAM and choose between 64GB or 128GB of expandable storage.
The Amazon Fire Max 11 has 8MP cameras, but the tablet has a single camera on the front and the back. It has a built-in fingerprint sensor as well as dual Dolby Atmos speakers. The tablet supports Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3.

Amazon claims the battery inside the Fire Max 11 can offer up to 14 hours of battery life. However, the battery capacity hasn't been revealed. Amazon does bundle a 9W USB 2.0 charger, which reportedly takes more than 4 hours to fully charge the device. Buyers can purchase a 15W charger separately, which promises to bring the charging time to 3 and a half hours.
Amazon Fire Max 11 Price, Availability
Amazon has launched the Fire Max 11 and it is available for pre-order. The tablet starts at $229 (approx. ₹19,000) and it will ship next month.
The above-mentioned price is for the tablet only. Buyers who want the complete bundle will have to pay $329.99 (approx. ₹27,000).
Incidentally, the above-mentioned prices are valid for the version with lock screen ads. If buyers want the Fire Max 11 without advertisements on the lock screen, then they will have to pay $244.99 (approx. ₹20,000). The Amazon tablet with complete accessory bundle and without ads costs $344.99 (approx. ₹28,500).
To sweeten the deal, no matter the version buyers opt for, they will get a three-month trial of Microsoft 365 Personal ( $6.99 (approx. ₹560) per month after the free trial ends). The bundle includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, 1TB of cloud storage, cross-device continuity, and data protection.
It is apparent that Amazon has priced the Fire Max 11 tablet for users who might want a device for productivity or multimedia consumption but don't want to spend significantly more on an iPad.
