Intex Launches 7-inch Budget Tablet iBuddy IN-7DD01 at Rs 5,499

While the tablet market is slumping, Indian tech consumer goods manufacturer Intex has launched a new tablet for the Indian market today.

It's a 7-inch budget tablet dubbed as Intex iBuddy IN-7DD01 and will be available exclusively on Amazon India at a price of Rs 5,499.

Powered by Quad-Core Mediatek processor and 1GB RAM, it will run Android 5.1 OS and iBuddy tablet also comes with calling facility that is powered by 3G dual SIM slots. Other features include WiFi, Bluetooth Tethering and GPS.

Further, the tablet packs 8GB of inbuilt storage, which can be expanded upto 32GB via a TF card.

In the camera section, iBuddy sports a 2-megapixel rear camera along with a 0.3 megapixel front-facing camera. The tablet comes bundled with pre-loaded applications such as Google Maps, YouTube, Gmail, News & Weather etc. and will also come loaded with 2,800 mAh battery.
