Lenovo is gearing up to unveil India's first Android gaming tablet next month. The Lenovo Legion Tablet made its global debut earlier this year in March. And while Lenovo does say it is India's first gaming tablet, Asus's ROG Flow Z13 is considered a gaming tablet, although it does run Windows.

Now, back to the Legion Tablet! The Lenovo Legion Tablet is launching in India on July 20. The news comes shortly after the company revealed the launch date for the Legion Go handheld gaming console in India.

Lenovo Legion Tablet Specifications, Expected Pricing

The Lenovo Legion Tablet is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC paired with the Adreno 730 GPU. Lenovo's Legion tablet uses the company's proprietary ColdFront technology, we've become accustomed too on Lenovo gaming laptops, to keep temperatures under in check.

The tablet will offer three performance modes for different tasks including Beast Mode, Balanced Mode, and Energy Saving Mode. At the time of its global launch, the Legion Tab came in just one configuration with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage, although the latter was expandable up to 1TB via a microSD card.

The Lenovo Legion Tab sports an 8.8-inch QHD+ (3,200 x 1,800 pixels) LCD screen. The panel also features a 144Hz refresh rate and Lenovo's PureSight gaming display technology. It is expected to run Android 14 out of the box. The Legion tablet packs a 6,550mAh battery with 45W fast charging support.

Lenovo upcoming gaming tablet will use a 13 MP rear camera accompanied by a 2 MP macro unit. Up front, the tablet features an 8 MP camera sensor for video calls and the odd selfie. Connectivity options include USB Type-C, Bluetooth 5.3, Wi-Fi 6E, and DisplayPort 1.4.

At the time of its launch, the Lenovo Legion Tab price was set at EUR 599 (roughly Rs 53,500). However, we believe the Lenovo Legion Tablet price in India could fall anywhere between Rs 30,000 to Rs 40,000. Stay tuned to Gizbot for more information about the Lenovo Legion Tablet.
