Lenovo’s latest high-end tablet, the Yoga Tab Plus, is getting ready for its Indian debut. A new listing on Amazon India confirms that the device is coming soon, marking the arrival of Lenovo’s first tablet powered by on-device AI using the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset.

While pricing details remain under wraps, the listing provides a full breakdown of the specs and features.

Powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 with AI Onboard

The standout feature here is the tablet’s ability to run AI tasks locally. Thanks to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, the Yoga Tab Plus can deliver up to 20 TOPS of AI performance. This allows for intelligent features like context-aware suggestions, faster file search, real-time transcription, and summarization without relying heavily on the cloud.

Lenovo has bundled tools like AI Note and Live Transcript, both aimed at productivity-driven users. The device runs on Android 14, with Lenovo promising three OS upgrades and four years of security updates—a welcome move in a segment often lacking long-term support.

A Display Built for Work and Entertainment

The tablet features a 12.7-inch 3K PureSight Pro display with 144Hz refresh rate, 900 nits peak brightness, and full DCI-P3 color coverage. Lenovo claims a Delta E

For input, the Yoga Tab Plus supports the Lenovo Tab Pen Pro, and it comes with a 2-in-1 keyboard that includes a multi-gesture trackpad, 1.5mm key travel, and a dedicated Lenovo AI Now shortcut key.

Audio and Battery Performance

The sound system has been a point of focus here. Lenovo worked with Harman/Kardon to tune a Dolby Atmos speaker setup that includes four woofers and two tweeters, with support for audio up to 40K Hz. This positions the tablet as a strong multimedia device, especially for movie watching and casual music playback.

Powering it all is a 10,200mAh battery, which Lenovo says can deliver up to 11 hours of use on a single charge. The tablet supports 45W fast charging through USB Type-C, helping reduce downtime.

Cameras and Connectivity

On the camera front, the Yoga Tab Plus includes a 13MP front camera, a 13MP rear camera, and a 2MP macro sensor. While tablets aren’t primarily used for photography, these sensors should cover basic video calling and scanning needs.

Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 1, and a 3-point Pogo Pin for keyboard attachments. The tablet weighs 640 grams, is 8.52mm thick, and comes in a sleek Tidal Teal finish. The metal unibody build gives it a premium feel that matches its spec sheet.

Launch Timeline and Extras

While Lenovo hasn’t officially confirmed the launch date, the Amazon listing indicates it will go live in India soon. Buyers will also receive two months of free Adobe Express Premium and Adobe Lightroom access, further targeting creative and productivity users.
