Motorola is set to expand its premium Android tablet portfolio in India with the launch of the Moto Pad 70 Pro on June 27. Succeeding last year's Moto Pad 60 Pro, the new tablet is designed for users seeking a single device for productivity, entertainment, note-taking, and creative work.
It combines a large high-refresh-rate display, Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon chipset, bundled stylus support, and long-term software updates, making it a compelling alternative to both premium Android tablets and entry-level laptops.

Moto Pad 70 Pro India Launch, Price, and Availability
The Moto Pad 70 Pro will launch in India on June 27 and will be available via Flipkart, Motorola India, and select offline retail stores.
The company is expected to position it in the premium tablet segment, where it will compete with high-end Android tablets while also appealing to users looking for a lightweight laptop replacement.
We expect the Moto Pad 70 Pro price in India to fall anywhere between Rs 35,000 to Rs 45,000. Select retail variants will ship with a detachable keyboard featuring an integrated trackpad, further strengthening its productivity-focused positioning.
Moto Pad 70 Pro Specifications and Features
The Moto Pad 70 Pro sports a 13-inch MaxVision display with 3.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. It supports Dolby Vision, covers 99 percent DCI-P3 colour gamut, and delivers up to 800 nits of peak brightness for an immersive viewing experience. Despite its large screen, the tablet measures just 6.2mm thick and weighs 589 grams. It will be available in a blue colour option.
Under the hood, the tablet is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset paired with LPDDR5X RAM. A three-layer AI Max Cooler helps maintain sustained performance during gaming and multitasking. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, and a microSD card slot supporting storage expansion of up to 2TB.
The Moto Pad 70 Pro packs a 10,200mAh battery with 45W fast charging, while Motorola bundles a 68W TurboPower charger in the box. The tablet runs Android 16 out of the box and is promised to receive updates up to Android 19, along with security patches through 2030.
Additional features include Moto AI, Google Gemini, Circle to Search, and Smart Connect for seamless cross-device functionality. For entertainment, it features quad JBL-tuned speakers with Dolby Atmos. Motorola also bundles the Moto Pen Pro stylus, while select variants will include a detachable keyboard with an integrated trackpad and PC Mode for a desktop-like productivity experience.
