OPPO has launched the OPPO Pad 4 Pro in China, featuring a 13.2-inch 2K LCD screen with a 144Hz refresh rate. The tablet includes Dolby Vision and eight speakers, comprising four mid-bass and four tweeter ultra-wideband units, enhanced by Dolby Atmos. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and offers up to 16GB of RAM.

The device is tailored for gaming, specifically optimised for "Genshin Impact" and "Honkai Impact 3rd". Users can enjoy ultra-high image quality at 2.1K resolution and a frame rate of up to 120 frames per second simultaneously. The tablet operates on Android 15-based ColorOS 15.

Specifications and Features

The OPPO Pad 4 Pro boasts a single rear camera of 13MP, centrally located within the camera bump. Its sleek metal unibody design measures just 5.97mm in thickness. A substantial battery capacity of 12,140mAh supports the device, complemented by 67W SuperVOOC fast charging capabilities.

Additional features include an OPPO smart touch keyboard and NFC integration. The tablet supports seamless Internet connectivity through automatic phone pairing for 5G communication sharing. This ensures uninterrupted online access when near a compatible phone.

Display and Performance

The display specifications are impressive, offering a resolution of 3392 x 2400 pixels at a density of 315 PPI. It supports variable refresh rates ranging from 30Hz to 144Hz and achieves up to 900 nits HBM brightness. The touch sampling rate is notably high at 540Hz.

Under the hood, the device runs on an Octa Core Snapdragon 8 Elite platform built on a cutting-edge process with an Adreno 830 GPU. Memory options include configurations of either 8GB, 12GB, or even up to an impressive 16GB LPDDR5X RAM paired with storage capacities of either 256GB or up to a generous UFS 4.0 storage option.

The OPPO Pad 4 Pro supports Wi-Fi 7 (802.11 be) across both the standard frequencies of both the common bands (2.4GHz +5GHz) as well as Bluetooth version number five point four (5.4). It features USB Type-C audio output alongside Hi-Res certification for superior sound quality. Weighing in at only about 675g, its dimensions are precisely 289.61 ×209.66 ×5.97mm.

Pricing and Availability

The OPPO Pad comes in three distinct colours: Morning Glow, Galaxy Silver, and Space Gray. Pricing starts at CNY 3,299 for the base 8GB+256GB model. Other variants include a 12GB+256GB variant priced at CNY 3,599, a 12GB+512GB model priced at CNY 3,899, and a 16GB+512GB configuration priced at CNY 4,099.

The Smart Touch Keyboard is available separately for CNY 699 while the OPPO Pencil Two Pro retails separately for CNY 499 along with protective cases offered separately priced at CNY 199 each respectively. This new tablet model is currently open for orders ahead of its official sales launch date set for April 16 within China.
