POCO Pad 5G Launched in India With Smart Pen and 120Hz Display; Price and Sale Date

The POCO Pad was launched today (August 23) in India, featuring a large display, Snapdragon SoC and comes with POCO Smart Pen and Keyboard. Let's take a look at its pricing and detailed features.

POCO Pad 5G Specfications

The POOC Pad has a 12.1-inch 2K (2,560 x 1,600 pixels) LCD screen with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate and a peak brightness of 600 nits. The tablet is powered by a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC paired with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 onboard storage which can be expanded up to 1.5TB via a dedicated microSD card. It ships with Android 14-based HyperOS.

Running Android 14-based HyperOS, the POCO Pad 5G packs a 10,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. For optics, there is an 8MP rear camera which is paired with an LED flash unit. On the front, the tablet opts for an 8MP selfie camera.

Moreover, the tablet features an IP52 rating for dust and splash resistance. Other aspects include a quad-speaker system, two microphones, a 3.5mm headphone jack, Dolby Atmos, and Dolby Vision support. Lastly, the POCO Pad 5G measures 7.52mm in dimensions and weighs 568g.

POCO Pad 5G Price and Sale Date in India

The POCO Pad 5G price in India starts at Rs 23,999 for the 8GB/128GB storage variant, while the 8GB/256GB storage model will cost Rs 25,999. It is offered in Cobalt Blue and Pistachio Green colour variants.

The tablet will be available for purchase starting August 27 via Flipkart. People purchasing the POCO Pad using SBI, HDFC and ICICI bank cards, can avail of a Rs 3,000 discount. Additionally, there is a Rs. 1,000 student discount. With all offers, the tablet can be purchased at Just Rs 19,999. Notably, these offers will only apply to the first day of the sale.
