POCO Pad Launching Soon in India; Expected Price and Features

POCO recently unveiled the POCO F6 5G in India. At the event, the brand also confirmed the launch of its first-ever tablet - the POCO Pad in the country, which went official globally on the same day. Here's what to expect from the upcoming POCO Pad.

POCO Pad India Launch Confirmed

The exact launch timeline of the POCO Pad is yet to be announced. We expect the brand will soon start teasing the arrival of the tablet in India. Regarding the features, the tablet is believed to offer the same specifications as its global variant.

POCO's first-ever tablet has a 12.1-inch 2.5K LCD screen with a maximum brightness of 600 nits and an adaptive refresh rate of 120Hz. The tablet is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC paired with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB UFS 2.2 storage. The panel of the POCO Pad is also TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light, Flicker Free, and Circadian Friendly certified.

Moreover, the tablet packs a 10,000 mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. On the software front, it runs HyperOS based on HyperOS. There is an 8MP rear camera with an f/2.0 aperture and an 8MP front camera for selfies. Other aspects of the POCO Pad include quad speakers with Dolby Atmos support, 1080p video recording at 30fps, a 3.5mm audio jack, and so on.

In terms of pricing, the POCO Pad was launched at $330 (roughly Rs 27,500) for the sole 8GB/256GB model. Given that, it is expected to fall into the Rs 30K segment in the country.

In the same, the brand also confirmed it will bring new TWS earbuds and a Powerbank along with the tablet. However, the details regarding the mentioned devices are still unknown at this moment. If anything comes to our notice we will keep update you.
