Realme Pad 2 Launch Confirmed for July 19; Design and Display Details Revealed

Realme is all set to launch its new tablet, the Realme Pad 2. Now, the company has also revealed the official launch date for the tablet. It is set to debut alongside the Realme C53 on July 19.

Additionally, a microsite dedicated to the tablet has been made live on the ecommerce platform Flipkart. This has revealed key facts about the upcoming tablet, like its design, display and other details. Let's take a closer look.

Realme Pad 2: Specifications

The Realme Pad 2 is set to come loaded with a 11.5-inch LCD display. The display will also offer 2K resolution of 2000 x 1200 pixels. Additionally it'll have an adaptive refresh rate of 40Hz / 60Hz / 120Hz and 10-bit colors.

For reference and comparison, the screen of the Realme Pad was much smaller, at 10.4-inches.

To ensure optimum comfort levels for viewers, the LCD display comes with blue light protection and DC dimming. These two ensure lesser amounts of eye-strain even for longer periods of viewing.

Another key factor revealed through the design is the impressive screen-to-body ratio of 85.2%. Minimal bezels also help in the overall viewing experience.

The tablet will have peak brightness of 450nits, which is likely to let it be comfortably usable even in sunlit areas. Image quality too is optimum, as the Realme Pad 2 comes with O1 Ultra Vision technology.

On top of these, quad speakers are set to provide an immersive sound experience.

The company also claims that it will put on offer an eye-catching "Glowing Spice Design" on the tablet.
As visible so far, the dual-tone design of the tablet will be available in two different shade options of black and green.

Realme Pad 2: Rumoured Details and Launch Timeline

Remaining details are yet to be known about the upcoming tablet, as the company hasn't officially revealed anything more. However, leaks and rumours suggest that the tablet will have the Helio G99 chipset and an 8,360mAh battery with 33W fast charging.

When it comes to storage, the tablet is expected to have 8 GB of RAM, 128 GB of storage. Also, the tablet will feature a 20-megapixel rear camera.

As per a tipster, the tablet will be available for purchasing on July 26.
