Xiaomi has bolstered its tablet offerings in India today with the launch of the Redmi Pad Pro and the Redmi Pad SE 4G.

These devices cater to different budgets and needs, offering a choice for consumers looking for a powerful entertainment device or a more affordable option with cellular connectivity.

Redmi Pad Pro: A Big-Screen Powerhouse

The Redmi Pad Pro takes center stage with its large 12.1-inch 2.5K display boasting a 120Hz refresh rate for smooth visuals. The Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset paired with up to 8GB of RAM promises capable performance for everyday tasks and even light gaming. Storage options range from 128GB to 256GB, providing ample space for apps, movies, and games.

The camera system on the Redmi Pad Pro is basic, featuring an 8MP sensor on both the front and back. While not ideal for photography enthusiasts, it should suffice for video calls and casual snaps.

Price and Availability

The Redmi Pad Pro comes in Wi-Fi and 5G variants. The Wi-Fi model starts at Rs 21,999, while the 5G variants range from Rs 24,999 to Rs 26,999 depending on storage. All models will be available starting August 2nd.

The Redmi Pad SE 4G starts at a budget-friendly Rs 10,999 and goes up to Rs 11,999 for the higher storage option. Sales begin on August 8th.
