Redmi Pad Pro India Launch Likely Soon; Spotted on BIS Certification

Xiaomi recently launched the Redmi Pad Pro tablet in the global market. Now, the brand is expected to launch the Pad Pro soon in India. The tablet was spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standard certification. Here's what to expect from the upcoming Redmi Pad Pro.

Redmi Pad Pro India Launch Soon

The Redmi Pad Pro with model number 2405CRPFDI was spotted on the BIS certification listing. However, the listing does not reveal anything about the tablet except for hinting the launch. We expect the Indian variant of the Pad Pro tablet will have identical specifications as the global variant.

In terms of features, the Redmi Pad Pro has a 12.1-inch LCD panel with a resolution of 2.5K pixels, a 120Hz refresh rate, and 600 nits peak brightness. The device is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 processor paired with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

The tablet packs a 10,000 mAh battery unit with support for 33W fast charging. For imaging, there is an 8MP rear camera and an 8MP selfie camera sensor at the front. On the software front, the Redmi Pad Pro runs on HyperOS-based Android 14 out of the box. The tablet is compatible with a stylus pen and comes with quad speakers with Dolby Atmos. It also includes a 3.5mm headphone jack for connectivity.

Moreover, Xiaomi confirmed the launch of the Redmi Pad Pro 5G soon. The 5G variant of the tablet will also make its way to India in the future as it has already made its appearance on the Google Play Console database.
