Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Plus: Leaked Video Reveals AI Features, New Design, and Display Boost
Samsung's highly anticipated Galaxy Tab S10 series is on the verge of being officially unveiled, but a series of leaks have already revealed much about the new flagship tablets. Here's a breakdown of everything we know so far about the Galaxy Tab S10 series, based on these recent leaks.
AI Features Steal the Show
A recently leaked promotional video of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Plus confirms that AI will be a central feature in the new tablets. Samsung's AI suite will bring several smart functionalities to the tablet, enhancing user experience and productivity.

The S Pen plays a crucial role in this AI integration, enabling features like Circle to Search, which allows users to quickly find information by circling an object or text on the screen. In addition, the new AI image generation feature allows users to create images based on simple doodles made with the S Pen, a functionality that should appeal to artists and creators.
An AI button has also been added to the tablet's keyboard accessory, similar to what Samsung introduced in its Galaxy Book laptops. This button is expected to provide quick access to AI tools for tasks like generative image creation or more intuitive searching capabilities.
Refined Design with Familiar Features
The Galaxy Tab S10 Plus doesn't stray far from the design of its predecessor, the Galaxy Tab S9 Plus. It features slim bezels, dual rear-facing cameras, and a dedicated space for magnetically attaching the S Pen. The design is largely familiar, but leaks suggest that Samsung has made some incremental improvements.
Like the previous generation, the Galaxy Tab S10 Plus will come with IP68 certification, ensuring it remains dust and water-resistant. This durability makes the tablet a strong choice for professionals and creators who need a device that can withstand various environmental conditions.
Intensely Brilliant Display
Samsung's tablets have always been known for their excellent displays, and the Galaxy Tab S10 Plus is expected to continue that trend. According to the leaked video, Samsung will market the tablet as having an "intensely brilliant screen." This hints at a potential brightness boost, making the tablet ideal for outdoor use or for viewing high-quality video content in bright environments.
The tablet's 12.4-inch screen is a major selling point, providing plenty of real estate for multitasking, creating art, or consuming media. Users can also expect vivid colors and sharp resolution, consistent with Samsung's high display standards.
Two Models, No Vanilla Version
Leaks suggest that Samsung will release only two flagship tablets in the Galaxy Tab S10 lineup: the Galaxy Tab S10 Plus and the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra. The standard or "vanilla" model won't be part of this year's lineup, marking a shift in Samsung's strategy for its tablet offerings.
The Galaxy Tab S10 Plus is expected to start at $1,000 for the 256GB Wi-Fi model, while the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra is rumored to begin at $1,200 for the same storage capacity. There will be 5G versions of both tablets, although pricing for these variants has yet to be leaked.
Pre-Orders Open Ahead of Launch
While Samsung hasn't officially confirmed all the details, the Galaxy Tab S10 series is expected to launch on October 3, 2024. In some regions, like India, Samsung has already begun accepting pre-reservations for the tablets. As part of the pre-order campaign, Samsung India is offering a free charger to customers who reserve their devices ahead of the official launch.
With the leaks continuing to roll in, Samsung fans won't have to wait much longer for all the official details.
