Xiaomi has confirmed it will launch its largest-ever tablet early next week on August 14, 2023. The Xiaomi Pad 6 Max will feature a big display rivaling notebook PCs, will be powered by a flagship Snapdragon chipset, and run on a massive battery, Xiaomi has confirmed.

Xiaomi Pad 6 Max Display, Flagship Chipset Confirmed

Xiaomi has released multiple promotional posters for the Xiaomi Pad 6 Max on the Chinese social media platform Weibo. They boast about the highlights of the feature-packed tablet.

As evident from the poster above, the Xiaomi Pad 6 Max will feature a massive 14-inch display. Xiaomi has reportedly used an LCD screen instead of AMOLED.

Such displays are usually reserved for portable notebooks or laptops. It is 62 percent larger than the 11-inch display of the Pad 6 and Pad 6 Pro, Xiaomi has claimed.

Xiaomi hasn't confirmed the display resolution of the Xiaomi Pad 6 Max. However, previous leaks claimed the display has a blazing-fast 144Hz refresh rate.

Xiaomi has embedded the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 inside the Pad 6 Max. The Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro too is powered by the same SoC.

Xiaomi claims the Pad 6 Max is optimized for gaming and prolonged use. The tablet features a huge heat dissipation area of 15839 sq. mm.

The Xiaomi Pad 6 Max packs a massive 10,000mAh battery. Although Xiaomi hasn't officially confirmed yet, some reports suggest this battery can support 67W wired fast charging. The tablet supports 33W reverse charging.

Xiaomi has embedded its Surge G1 battery management chip inside the tablet, which manages charge and discharge cycles to extend battery life and delay aging.

Not just gamers, but even general users will appreciate the eight speakers embedded inside the Xiaomi Pad 6 Max. Xiaomi claims the Pad 6 Max will offer a PC-level experience as it ships with WPS Office PC for Pad and its native four-window split-screen feature.
