Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra Launched With In-house XRING O1 Chip, 120Hz OLED Display: Check Price and Full Specs

Xiaomi has launched the Pad 7 Ultra in China, alongside the Xiaomi 15S Pro smartphone. This tablet comes equipped with a custom XRING O1 chip, a 14-inch OLED display, and a massive 12,000mAh battery that supports 120W fast charging. Let's take a look at the key features and pricing of Xiaomi's latest premium tablet.

Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra Specifications

In terms of specifications, the Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra sports a 14-inch 3.2K OLED display that uses TCL M9 display material. The screen supports a 120Hz refresh rate, 1600 nits peak brightness, and a 93.6% screen-to-body ratio with a 3:2 aspect ratio. The display also features Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and TÜV Rheinland certifications.

The Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra is offered in a nano-soft light screen variant, which reduces reflectivity by 70% and glare by 99%. As noted, it's powered by Xiaomi's custom XRING O1 chip coupled with up to 16GB of LPDDR5T RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage.

For imaging, there are a 50MP rear and 32MP selfie cameras. On the software front, the tablet runs on Android 15 OS with HyperOS 2. Other features include eight speakers, Keyboard, Touch pen, USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port, WiFi 7, and Bluetooth 5.4 for connectivity. Lastly, the Pad 7 Ultra measures just 5.1 mm in thickness and weighs 609 grams.

The Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra starts at 5,699 yuan (roughly Rs 68,012) for the 12GB/ 256GB model, while the top-end 16GB/1TB variant with Nano Soft Light Screen is priced at 7,399 yuan (roughly Rs 88,301). Moreover, it's offered in Misty Purple and Classic Black colour options. There's no information regarding its global availability as of now. It remains to be seen if Xiaomi has any plan to bring this premium tablet outside China.
