Xiaomi Pad 8 and Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro Launched with 3.2K Display, 5.75mm Slim Profile and HyperOS 3: Price & Specs

Both the Xiaomi Pad 8 and the Pad 8 Pro made their debut in the global market alongside the Xiaomi 17 series. The Pad 8 Series is among the thinnest tablets Xiaomi has ever launched in the international market. Both models share some similar features, including display, battery, and software. Xiaomi Pad 8 and Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro Features

Both the Xiaomi Pad 8 and Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro feature an 11.2-inch 3.2K display with up to 800 nits peak brightness and a 144Hz refresh rate. The tablets come with an ultra-thin 5.75mm profile and weigh just 485g. Both models pack a large 9,200mAh battery to support extended usage.

The series runs on Xiaomi HyperOS 3, offering a refined interface with updated lock screens, wallpapers, and desktop elements enhanced by subtle animations and customizable widgets.

The Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and supports 67W HyperCharge fast charging. It features a 50MP rear camera and a 32MP front camera. The Pro variant is also available in a Matte Glass edition with a next-generation nano-texture-etched display and anti-reflective coating technology.

Meanwhile, the Xiaomi Pad 8 is equipped with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor and supports 45W turbo charging. It gets a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP selfie camera.

The Xiaomi Pad 8 Series also introduces the Xiaomi Focus Pen Pro, a lightweight 17.5g stylus with pressure-sensitive input and intuitive pinch and double-tap gestures. Additionally, the tablets are compatible with accessories such as the Focus Keyboard and protective covers.

The Xiaomi Pad 8 series will be available in three colour options—Pine Green, Gray, and Blue-and comes in three storage variants. The Pad 8 comes with a starting price of €449.9 (around Rs 48,263) On the other hand, the Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro starts at €549.9 (around Rs 58,991). Additionally, the Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro Matte Glass version is exclusively available in a Gray finish, featuring the 12GB + 512GB configuration, priced at €769.9 (around Rs 82,592).
