Aircel Announces Free Roaming Tariff Plan


Indian mobile network operator, Aircel has announced an attractive new pack called 'One Nation, One Rate'. The tariff plan will offer one rate for voice, SMS and data in home circle and on roaming, while on Aircel network. The company has proclaimed to be the first, to have implemented a plan that completely eliminates roaming charges on incoming calls.

What are the offerings provided by the 'One nation, one rate' plan?

Voice: Local and STD calling at 1 paisa per second in home circle as well as on roaming, while on Aircel network. Incoming calls on roaming will be completely free.

SMS: Local and STD SMS at Rs 1 per SMS in home circle and while on roaming.

Data - Data rates at Rs 1 per per MB in Home circle and while on roaming.

The price of the pack is said to vary according to circles. The tariff plan is available in Karnataka and Delhi for Rs 26 and Rs 39 respectively. For now, we only have the price info of these two circles and will update you on the others as soon as we get some details.
