Google I/O: Moscone West Center Decorated for Conference to Kickoff Today [PICS]
Google I/O developer conference is all set to kick off from today in San Francisco. Though there is no detail on what will be will revealed at the event, a 9to5google report has come up with screenshots of how Google has prepped the Moscone West venue for the biggest days in the tech calendar.
Obviously, since a few days, there were a plethora of rumors and speculations regarding what the search engine giant could announce or showcase at the show floor.
As you can see in the gallery below a huge red locations market, which is used in the Maps service has been decorated at the entrance awaiting and welcoming the fleet of developers. Moreover, in an interview, the Head of Android and Chrome, Sundar Pichai claimed that the I/O conference will focus largely on developers instead of being a platform for unveiling new Android updates. Hence, it is unlikely to witness any announcement of the new or updated version of Android OS.
