An activated Reliance Jio SIM is needed

Change the LTE bands
Once the app is installed on your phone, you need to go to the menu of the app and search for Engineering Mode or Service Menu. You can select the System App option to get better results. Once you open the Engineering Mode, you need to select the option to change the LTE bands.
Here's an alternate method
The alternate method to get this menu is by dialing the code *#2263# and choosing the menu. Then, hit back and again choose the menu. Dial 0000 and wait for some seconds to get the pop-up. From the pop-up, select Setting → Protocol → NAS → Network Control → Band Selection → LTE Band and select Band 40.
Check for signal
Now, insert your Reliance Jio 4G SIM in the phone and check if the network signal bars are appearing or not. Make sure to insert it in the first SIM card slot of your dual SIM smartphone and restart the device.
