Airtel Introduces Rs 1,999 Prepaid Plan with Unlimited Voice Calls, SMS, and Xstream App Subscription
Airtel has introduced a new yearly prepaid plan priced at Rs 1,999, which provides a full year of service at a monthly cost of Rs 166. It is an attractive option for those considering the Airtel Yearly Plan.
Many customers are now choosing annual recharges over monthly ones due to recent telecom tariff hikes. The monthly cost is reduced when opting for a yearly plan. While the cheapest monthly prepaid plan from Airtel costs Rs 199, the yearly plan effectively reduces this to Rs 166 per month. This plan includes unlimited voice calls, a total of 24GB of data, 100 SMS/day, and an Airtel Xstream App subscription.

The Rs 1,999 plan provides unlimited local and STD calls, including roaming benefits, for an entire year. Customers can enjoy uninterrupted voice services throughout the 365 days of validity.
Data benefits differ from voice services in this plan. Users receive 24GB of data for the entire year, which can be used at 2GB per month or as needed. Additional data can be purchased through data vouchers if required.
SMS benefits have also changed since the tariff hike. Instead of a lump-sum benefit, users now receive 100 SMS per day throughout the year. This makes it an excellent choice for those who frequently use voice calls and SMS services.
Beyond basic services, this plan includes several extra benefits. Subscribers receive a year-long Airtel Xstream App subscription, allowing access to movies, shows, and live TV channels.
The plan also offers a three-month Apollo 24|7 Circle subscription, providing healthcare-related services. Additionally, users can enjoy Wynk Music and Hello Tunes as part of their package. This comprehensive package caters to customers who prioritise extensive voice call options while enjoying added entertainment and healthcare benefits.
