BSNL Offering Marutham Plan For 365 Days: Here's How You Can Get It
Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) is revising many of its prepaid plans these days. The company has revamped the entire portfolio to stay competitive against Reliance Jio, Airtel, and Vodafone Idea. Now it has been reported that the company has made some changes in its Rs. 1,188 prepaid plan. The plan is known as the BSNL Marutham plan. However, it is worth mentioning that this change is not permanent.
BSNL Marutham Plan Revised: Validity And Benefits
For the unware, the company has launched this plan in July this year, under its promotional offer for 345 days. But now the company is offering the same plan for 365 days, which means users will get an extra 20 days to avail the benefits of these plans. However, at present, this plan is only available in Tamil Nadu and Chennai.
Notably, the plan will be available for recharge through C-Top, M-Wallet, self-care, and the BSNL website. When it comes to benefit, the telco is providing 5GB data of 2G/3G/4G data, unlimited calling to all networks, including services in Mumbai and Delhi.
There is a cap on calling. The company is offering only 250 minutes per day after that the operator will charge standard rates for calls. Besides, users will also get 1,200 SMS. In fact, the telco is not offering free voice calling to the MTNL network.
BSNL Offering Cashback For Every SMS You Send
Meanwhile, the state-run telecom operator BSNL has announced a cashback offer on SMS. The company will now credit money for every single message. The customers can avail this offer by sending a message with the text "ACT 6 paisa" to 9478053334. Furthermore, this new benefit is available to all BSNL wireline, broadband, and fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) subscribers until December 31.
